Actual Divorce Rate in USA is 30%, not 50%

I had heard that the “Half of all marriages end in divorce” mantra that has plagued our society ever since I can remember, was in fact false. Rhetorical Traffic-related questions for...
Why must your streets be so narrow? What’s the point of a traffic circle, other than to anger tourists? Finally, what is a flashing green traffic signal really supposed to indicate? “Warning, you are moving!”?
